Standard stock items are reviewed according to their condition and order status. Custom-made or cut-to-measure items may not be returnable after production has started unless there is a verified production defect or order error.

Eligible situations
- The delivered product is visibly damaged or defective.
- The received product, size or selected option differs from the confirmed order.
- An item listed in the order is missing from the parcel.
- The product cannot be used because of a verified fulfilment error.
Items normally not eligible
- Change of mind after the product has been used, washed or altered.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer when the delivered size matches the order.
- Damage caused after delivery through misuse, washing or improper care.
- Requests submitted after the reporting period without reasonable evidence.
