Why our Blinds deserve the money?

Our Procedure:Input quality control-cutting-sanding-staining/painting-punching-assemble

Input quality control:

As is well know,the annual ring is not prefect circl.The northern is different from the southern side.Second,when the raw wood is dehydrated,different directions stand for different heat.So some are undertint,but some are dark color.Therefor,we should select the different slats as the standard of color to ensure the same color of each order.

Cutting:

We have digital cutting machine.The accuracy reaches 0.1mm.

Sanding:

The surface of the raw slats will not always smooth.With sanding,the thickness of slats will reach at 3.0±0.1mm.

Painting/Stain:

We have 4 kinds of painting lines in our blinds manufacturing workshop.

First,NC line is for white/pearl white.Each face of each slat will be painted 12 times.The way of drying is infrared ray ovens.

Second,stained line is designed for non white.Twice stained for each side.Infrared ray ovens for drying.

Third,UV line.It accepts the slats from stained line.We paint Ultraviolet Curing Pain on the slats surface.Drying way:Ultravolet Ray.

Fourth,printing line.This line is mainly designed for special required slat surface.

So the surface of our slats are dry and smooth,and the paint never comes off or fade.

Punching:

The punching machine is automatic.So it is easy to punching and the hole sites are accurate.

Assemble:

In this procedure,we would pick out non standard slats to ensure our customer get the best blinds.

All related components for one blinds will be packed in togather.
